Rob Murphy - Managing Partner/CFO
Rob Murphy is passionate about empowering owners of privately held businesses to reach their personal and professional goals. With extensive experience as a CEO/CFO, Rob excels in strategic planning, financial management, operational excellence, and brand growth.
His leadership and team management skills have consistently driven success and strengthened organizations. Rob’s areas of expertise include improving cash flow, effective communication, executive coaching, value improvement, turnaround strategies, process improvement, cost control, revenue cycle improvement, Medicare/Medicaid, and lean process implementation. His comprehensive knowledge and innovative approach make him an asset to any business looking to achieve high performance and growth.
Rob holds several important licenses and certifications, including Enrolled Agent (EA), Certified Exit Planning Advisor, and Certified Health Care Financial Professional.
In addition to his professional qualifications, Rob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona a Master’s degree in Accounting from Western Governors University and and a Master of Health Administration from University of Phoenix.
Shilpa Navath - Managing Partner
Shilpa Navath is a dedicated Managing Partner playing a pivotal role in empowering business owners to achieve their personal and professional goals. Her extensive experience spans over a decade in executive leadership, where she excels in strategic planning, operational management, and business growth.
Prior to her current role, Shilpa served as Executive Director at Sunlife Home Care and SunLife Home Health, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational excellence. She has also held positions as Director of Operations and Internal Operations Manager, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her current role.
Shilpa’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Alagappa University. Her dedication to continuous improvement and client-focused approach is brings success to our clientele.
